Where Can You Ship?
We are able to ship anywhere in the lower 48 states.  Because of shipping restrictions on the items we sell, we are only able to ship with the continental United States via ground shippng. For this reason, we ship all of our items through UPS Ground, and are unable to offer any type of “rush” shipping service. However, we usually ship SAME DAY for orders recieved before 5pm CST, so the longest most customers have to wait to receive their items is approximately 3-5 business days.

How Are Your Items Shipped?
As we mentioned above, all of our items are shipped via UPS Ground service due to restrictions on shipping. We usually ship SAME DAY for orders recieved before 5pm CST, so the longest most customers have to wait to receive their items is approximately 3-5 business days.

When Should I Expect My Shipment?

What Is The Cost Of Shipping?
Orders over $50 automatically recieve free shipping. Orders that are under $50 are subject to a $10 shipping and handling fee. Additionally, orders shipped within the state of Minnesota are subject to local sales tax.

What Is Your Return/Exchange Policy?
Exchanges – We are always happy to accept returns for any unused items. If there is something wrong with an item you recieved or it was damaged during shipping, please contact us for information about exchanging the item and we will address the situation promptly.

Returns – If your order recieved free shipping, you are responsible for paying the return shipping and we will bill you for our actual cost of shipping on the original order we sent. For orders that did not receive free shipping, you are responsible for return shipping and we will bill you additionally for the actual cost of shipping on the original order we sent if it was over the $10 we charge as a customer courtesy.

Can I Cancel My Order?
Because of how we ship items, order cancellations are only possible on orders that have not yet been shipped. Once an order has shipped, you must go through the process of returning it for a refund. For tracking purposes, we ask that you submit any cancellation requests to us through our contact us page.
